I decided to try coloring this with Photoshop. It came out pretty well, I think. You decide which is better.

I've been doing some thinking lately, and honestly, this pairing doesn't get the respect it deserves. I mean, some people tend to make the characters into things they're not. Example: Krystal is NOT a whore, okay!!!! The way I see her, she's actually very conservative in personality, and on top of that she has a bleeding heart (you would too if your home planet was destroyed). And we all know what Fox has been through. I see him the way I see myself; because I've lost my father too. And the pain of losing a parent leaves a hole in your heart that is very hard, maybe even impossible to heal.
...okay, that's enough ranting. Edit done.

Po/Tigress, Crane/Mei Ling, Sonic/Sally, Fox/Krystal and Sly/Carmelita forever!
But I know how you feel...the StarFox fandom seems void of any depth or substance. It's like we have to chose between being stuck in the past, making bad barrell roll jokes and praying hopelessly for an SF64 port, or one of the Krystal "fans" who just....they don't even seem to care about her personality or role in the games; they just want her to be in her own game so they can look up her crack or something, not that character development or relationships mean anything, as long as she's a "hawt vixen lawl"....It's exhausting.
And yeah, the relationship between Fox and Krystal is not given much attention...a good portion of the time it's porn or near porn, so...it's nice that you give attention to it, and for that I thank you.

All the characters have potential, that doesn't mean they should all get their own games, that'd be ridiculous, and it's not like protagonists are the only ones with personality. She has a fairly significant role in the games as a member of the team already, it would just be nice if we got a better idea of her personality, because it has changed a bit from game to game.
